We are looking for you to: Lead and manage a team of Utility Technicians, overseeing light maintenance tasks and facility project work. Interview, hire, and train team members, ensuring they meet performance and safety standards. Schedule and assign daily work tasks, coordinating projects and maintenance activities to ensure operational efficiency. Supervise and perform light maintenance tasks, including equipment inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance. Ensure facility cleanliness and organization, including removing debris, empty pallets, and maintaining clear aisles. Assist with project work such as facility upgrades, installations, and general maintenance projects. Monitor and enforce safety procedures, ensuring the team follows all health and safety regulations. Maintain records of maintenance activities, inspections, and team performance.
