Position Summary The Weekend Shift Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of the manufacturing floor. Responsible for building a high-performing workforce. Knowledge of chemical processing equipment and practices. Focused on continued ways to improve the flow of products throughout the processing facility. Ensure that production goals and quality standards are met.
Requirements
- Five years work experience in a management/supervisory role.
- 6-10 years work experience in a processing facility or relative experience.
- Familiar with a variety of the aerospace manufacturing/processing field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Proficient with lean manufacturing/processing techniques
- Working knowledge of MS Office and ERP Applications
