We are seeking individuals with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for providing a secure environment for our clients. The Security Officer position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for a client site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area. Frequently our Security Officers will provide customer service and information to a client’s employees and customers.

Requirements

Strong customer service skills
High level of professionalism
Sitting, standing and walking for long periods of time
Moderate level of computer knowledge needed
Comfortable greeting and talking to new people
At least 18 years old
Ability to complete all pre-employment requirements prior to starting

Responsibilities

Monitor and control access to client facilities.
Perform regular patrols to ensure the safety and security of assigned areas.
Respond promptly to alarms and emergencies, including medical, fire, and other incidents.
Enforce security protocols, policies, and procedures.
Prepare and submit detailed incident and daily activity reports.
Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and emergency personnel.
Provide excellent customer service to employees, visitors, and clients.
Conduct inspections and maintain equipment as required.
Assist in risk assessments and proactive measures to enhance security.
