This role is perfect for someone who enjoys staying organized, communicating clearly, and solving little scheduling puzzles—while working in a positive, pet-centric environment. 🐾 What You’ll Do Answer incoming calls, texts, and emails from pet parents Schedule, reschedule, and confirm grooming appointments Match pets with the right groomers and routes Calmly handle last-minute changes (because pets keep things interesting!)
