Christwood, a vibrant and respected continuum care community in Covington, LA, is seeking a skilled Weekend RN to join our team in the Health Center. Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with their care plans Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes promptly Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Document care accurately and timely using our electronic medical record system Provide guidance and support to LPNs and CNAs during shifts Qualifications: Current RN license in the state of Louisiana At least 3 years of experience in long-term care, hospice, or a related setting preferred Strong clinical, communication, and critical thinking skills Weekend availability required (day and/or night shifts) Why Christwood? Requirements
- Current RN license in the state of Louisiana
- Strong clinical, communication, and critical thinking skills
- Weekend availability required (day and/or night shifts)
