About The Position

The Weekend Resort Hospitality Specialist serves as the primary point of contact for guests throughout their vacation rental experience. In this role, you will provide responsive, reliable, and friendly support from initial reservation through check-out. Your strong communication skills, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving will help ensure every guest feels welcomed and cared for. From managing reservations and processing payments to coordinating check-ins and resolving concerns, you will play a key role in delivering seamless service and upholding the Red Rock standard of excellence.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of customer service experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong active listening skills with the ability to empathize and effectively resolve guest concerns
  • Proven conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities
  • Typing speed of 60+ WPM
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Confident and accurate when handling monetary transactions
  • Strong work ethic with a reputation for reliability and dependability
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team

Nice To Haves

  • Previous sales experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, delivering prompt, professional, and friendly support via phone, email, and text
  • Assist guests with reservations, payment processing, check-in and check-out coordination, and timely resolution of any questions or concerns
  • Promote vacation rental properties and upsell services to enhance the guest experience
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest satisfaction
