About The Position

The Registered Nurse (RN) position involves working collaboratively with the nursing staff to provide exceptional patient care. The role requires a commitment to teamwork and a passion for patient care. The position offers both full-time and part-time opportunities with various shift options, including 7a-7p and 7p-7a, as well as 8-hour shifts. A sign-on bonus of $1000 is available for full-time positions until April 30th, 2025.

Requirements

• Must be a licensed RN in good standing with the state (as required).
• 1+ years of nursing experience in a long-term care facility strongly preferred.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Work under direct supervision using the state-specific Nurse Practice Act, Practice Guidelines, and nursing judgment.
• Deliver nursing care to patients requiring care, collecting patient data, making observations, and reporting pertinent information to the care of patients.
• Direct and supervise care given by other nursing staff members as needed.
