About The Position

Fountain Inn Post Acute is seeking a part-time receptionist to join our team. This role is essential in providing a welcoming environment for our patients and their families, ensuring excellent customer service and communication. The receptionist will work on weekends, contributing to the positive changes and supportive atmosphere we are fostering within our facility.

Requirements

• A welcoming personality and a positive attitude.
• Previous experience in a nursing facility is preferred.
• Superior customer service experience is a must.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate staff members.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing patient records.
• Provide information about the facility and services offered to patients and families.
