Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old with a valid Texas ID or Driver's License.
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable serving as the first point of contact in a busy environment
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to remain calm and courteous in sensitive situations
Nice To Haves
- Prior receptionist, front desk, or customer service experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Greet residents, families, visitors, vendors, and staff in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and courteously
- Manage visitor sign-in and follow facility procedures
- Provide accurate information while maintaining confidentiality
- Support basic clerical and administrative tasks as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area
- Communicate effectively with nursing and leadership staff
- Perform other duties as assigned
