About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Weekend Receptionist to join our team at Plaza Healthcare. As a Receptionist, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and administrative support. About Us Plaza Healthcare is a leading healthcare provider that is committed to delivering exceptional care to our patients. We are a 179-bed CMS Rated 5-Star Skilled Nursing Facility located in South Scottsdale. With over 30 years of experience, we specialize in high-acuity post-acute care, offering services such as tracheostomy and ventilator care, dialysis, complex wound care, and rehabilitation.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in using computer and office software applications

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate departments
• Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail
• Perform general administrative tasks as assigned
