As a new in-patient rehab hospital, we are committed to setting new standards in patient care and rehabilitation. We value compassion, excellence, and teamwork, and we are looking for an experienced, customer service focused Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The shift is Saturday –Sunday from 8:00 - 5:00. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to project a professional image.
- Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
- Strong organizational, prioritizing and analytical skills.
Nice To Haves
- Multi-line phone system experience, data system experience and healthcare experience preferred.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
Responsibilities
- This weekend position serves as first impression specialist for Front Desk, greeting visitors, vendors and answering main phone line.
- The position will perform other duties as assigned, such as assisting with credentialing, data entry, filing, copying and sorting mail.
