Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• At least 1 year of receptionist or customer service experience, preferably within senior or hospitality services.
• Proficient in computer programs such as MS Office.
• Knowledge of general office tasks such as copying, filing, answering phones, etc.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a point of contact for calls and visitors, embodying exceptional customer service.
• Uphold the standards of the facility and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
• Handle administrative tasks and serve as a liaison between residents and staff.
