About The Position

The Weekend Part-Time Concierge provides exceptional customer service to residents, guests, and visitors by serving as the first point of contact. This role is responsible for creating a welcoming environment, assisting with requests, monitoring building access, and ensuring a high level of professionalism and security throughout the weekend.

Requirements

  • Six (6) months to one (1) year of previous customer service, hospitality, retail (or related industry).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Energetic and enthusiastic personality
  • Ability to multi-task, demonstrate initiative and strong work ethic
  • Must be computer literate and able to use Microsoft, Excel, Word and Outlook

Nice To Haves

  • Property Management experience a PLUS

Responsibilities

  • Greet residents, guests, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Manage building access by monitoring entry points and verifying guest access
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and courteously
  • Assist residents with packages, deliveries, reservations, and general requests
  • Coordinate with building management, security, and maintenance as needed
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk/concierge area
  • Enforce building policies and procedures politely and consistently
  • Log incidents, deliveries, and visitor activity accurately
  • Respond appropriately to emergencies or unusual situations and report as required
