About The Position

The role of the Manager is to lead and manage each shift with the utmost care and empathy, fostering and ensuring a culture where safety and service are our top priorities. This position works in a high demand atmosphere, where attention to detail and organizational skills are critical. Foster a healthy, productive and safe work environment where our team members can learn and thrive in their roles. Manage and lead each shift ensuring a safety and service at all times. Review staffing levels and assignments daily and on shift to ensure coverage consistently. Communicate effectively and appropriately with the hospital team to meet their needs throughout the shifts Coach team members through situations that need immediate addressing Complete all reporting as required by shift Attract and retain impressive people providing exceptional service and leadership Maintain patient care and service plans and execute tasks ahead of schedule. Complete dashboards or any other customized client or executive report where applicable Serve as point of contact for any concern/team member recognition The Manager will lead by example through the following ways: Professionalism and Integrity Strong organization and work ethic Excellent communication Coaching with kindness Team Leadership Collaboration with other internal department and client(s)

Requirements

  • Supervisory healthcare preferred
  • Proficient in English both verbally and written
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Strong leadership and organization skills
  • Adaptability in fast pace and changing environments
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Patient facing or transportation service experience
  • Professionalism and Integrity
