About The Position
At Bon Secours Mercy Health, we are dedicated to continually improving health care quality, safety and cost effectiveness. The primary function of this position is to deliver patient care utilizing the nursing process through data collection and assessment, identifying and determining the priority of patient's problems/needs, and evaluating the process and outcome of nursing care. The role also involves coordinating, providing, and directing patient teaching activities and coordinating the care provided by health team members.
