About The Position
AdvisaCare is seeking compassionate and dynamic individuals to join our team as On Call Hospice Nurses. This position is ideal for those who love working with people and are looking for a challenging and rewarding role. The On Call Nurse will be responsible for triaging patient calls, making patient visits, performing tuck-ins, and conducting admissions as needed. This role requires participation in field visits and weekly office meetings, adapting to patients' needs on a weekend on-call basis.
