Registered Nurse Supervisors (RN) must have a kind, patient and empatheic personality as well as a commitment to providing patients with the best possible care. Supervisors manage their unit in accordance with policy / procedure and assumes direct responsibility and accountability for the delivery of patient care on that unit. Requirements

  • Every-other weekend Schedule: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
  • Maryland RN license, valid and in good standing
  • Supervisory experience in an LTC

Responsibilities

  • Supervisors manage their unit in accordance with policy / procedure and assumes direct responsibility and accountability for the delivery of patient care on that unit.
