Your responsibilities will include:

Requirements

Active RN license in North Carolina
Passion for providing compassionate, resident-centered care
Ability to work 16-hour shifts every Saturday and Sunday

Responsibilities

Administering medications and treatments safely and accurately
Monitoring and reporting changes in residents’ conditions
Performing essential nursing tasks such as IV therapy, wound care, respiratory services, and more
Documenting care using our electronic medical record system
Supervising and coaching nursing assistants and aides
Ensuring compliance with all safety and infection control standards
Supporting resident choice and dignity in care planning and daily living
