About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care, a non-profit organization, is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a passion for pediatric and adult 1:1 care to join their Jefferson County team. The company is committed to providing the highest quality care with compassion, excellence, and reliability to clients and their families. This private duty nursing role involves providing hands-on care to one client at a time, building client relationships, and observing their milestones. Clients range in age from infant to geriatric. Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state

Responsibilities

• Caring for patients one-on-one
• Travel to one client home near you on a schedule you choose
• Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
• Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations
