  • Conduct visual inspections of parts produced to ensure quality and identify any defects.
  • Record simple data correctly.
  • Adjust machine settings as needed to maintain optimal production levels.
  • Perform basic maintenance tasks on the machine, such as cleaning and lubrication.
  • Collaborate with the team to meet production targets and deadlines.
  • Take reasonable care of workplace health and safety; abide by all EHS policies and procedures.
  • No prior training required; training will be provided.
  • Experience as a process tech or molding operator is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Willingness to work on weekends and maintain a consistent attendance record.
  • Able to read and write in simple English.
  • Experience in manufacturing or plastics injection molding is preferred.
  • Competitive starting wage of $17 to $18 per hour, with potential to earn more with relevant experience.
