Our Licensed Vocational Nurses play a vital role in our resident and guest outcomes and overall experience. We are looking for skilled Licensed Vocational Nurses to become a part of our facility's compassionate and hospitable care-giving team.

Hours: 6:30am to 7:00Ppm

Requirements

• Must Have Current MO LPN License

Responsibilities

• Maintaining weekend staffing hours, manage call ins and assignments
• Assessing residents and responding to change in condition
• Conduct safety and environmental rounds
• Ensures resident safety, care quality and regulatory compliance
• Coordinate with ancillary departments
• Respond to medical and behavioral emergencies
• Ensure proper documentation and conduct chart audits
