Requirements

Must have a valid Massage Therapy License
Licensed/certified in your state
Expertise in Swedish and Deep Tissue
Passionate about delivering a personalized massage and adjusting to your guest’s needs
Must be available to work at least one weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday)

Benefits

Excellent pay, for every hour worked ($43-57 including tips). Guests are prompted through our technology to leave a 20%+ tip when checking out, resulting in higher, more frequent tips.
Hourly rate for non-massaging time
1 free Mid Squeeze (50-minute massage) a month

Continuing Education stipend up to $200 per year
Annual performance raises ($1/year)

Our suites were designed with therapists in mind, with everything intuitively organized, padded flooring, heated hydraulic tables in every room, towel warmers, and a luxurious amount of space to move around
Linens and supplies are provided, and laundry and shop cleaning are taken care of by professional services
Technology enabled intake experience to make it easier to keep track of preferences and notes
Quarterly paid training: we bring in an outside speaker to train on everything from new modalities to mindfulness meditation to personal finance, all in the interest of helping our team members grow
