Requirements
- Experience: High school diploma or GED, with at least 1 year of custodial or cleaning experience preferred.
- Physical Ability: Comfortable with manual work, lifting, bending, and performing light repairs.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, self-motivation, and ability to follow directions with basic English communication.
Responsibilities
- Custodial Care: Sweep, mop, vacuum, scrub, and polish to maintain clean and inviting common areas.
- Trash & Recycling: Empty and sanitize containers, remove garbage to dumpsters, and ensure disposal areas are tidy.
- Cleaning & Sanitizing: Disinfect restrooms, high-touch surfaces, corridors, stairwells, and other shared spaces.
- Light Repairs: Handle minor maintenance tasks, such as plunging toilets and cleaning dryer lint traps.
- Safety & Exterior Care: Keep walkways, courtyards, and outdoor areas clear of debris and hazards.
