Requirements
- 3+ years of HVAC service experience (residential preferred)
- HVAC certification or equivalent trade/technical school training
- Proven ability to diagnose and repair heating, cooling, ventilation, and air quality systems
- Strong customer communication and professionalism
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to safety, quality, and compliance
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Nice To Haves
- Experience with ServiceTitan or similar service software (preferred, not required)
Responsibilities
- Residential HVAC Service & Repairs – Diagnose, service, and repair heating and cooling systems in residential homes
- Weekend Troubleshooting & Diagnostics – Identify and resolve HVAC system issues, including comfort and air quality concerns
- Preventative Maintenance – Perform routine maintenance to ensure reliable, efficient system operation
- Customer Communication – Clearly explain findings, solutions, and system recommendations to homeowners
- System Performance Optimization – Recommend products and services that improve comfort, efficiency, and system longevity
- Technical Accuracy – Read and interpret technical diagrams, wiring schematics, and manufacturer specifications
- Code & Safety Compliance – Ensure all work complies with national and local HVAC codes and safety standards
- Digital Documentation – Accurately document service calls, repairs, and recommendations using ServiceTitan
- Professional Service Experience – Deliver a respectful, trustworthy, and customer-first experience on every call
