About The Position
The Carpenter House in Baton Rouge, LA is seeking a Part Time Weekend Hospice Aide CNA to join our team and become part of our center of excellence as we provide hospice care to our patients and their loved ones. We consider it an honor to walk with patients and families through this part of life's journey. The Hospice Aide CNA is responsible for providing the patient with personal care and homemaking tasks as assigned within the guidelines established by both state and federal regulations. Participates as a member of the interdisciplinary team. Follows up as appropriate with supervisor, co-workers regarding patients' needs and care or concerns. Promotes positive relations with the families and patients as well as facility staff.
