About The Position
Weekend Registered Nurse Part-Time with Premium Pay AND Flexible Schedule Options BAYADA Home Health Care has an immediate opening for a Weekend Registered Nurse to perform home health visits for our office in Plymouth . This office provides exceptional care to a dult and geriatric clients living in Senior Living Communities (Independent Living and Assisted Living) in Plymouth, Duxbury, Hanover, Hingham and surrounding towns . One year recent prior clinical experience as a licensed RN is required. Previous Home Health Care experience is strongly preferred. Requirements
- A current license as a Registered Nurse in Massachusetts
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program.
- One year recent prior clinical experience as a licensed RN is required.
Nice To Haves
- Previous Home Health Care experience is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient's needs
- Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories
- Perform assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures
- Monitor clients' conditions; reporting changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager
- Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
- Perform client assessments as necessary
