About The Position

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team.

Weekends - Friday, Saturday, Sunday
12 hours per weekend.

This role is ideal for someone who values teamwork, and is passionate about caring for others.

Requirements

• Active and current CNA license
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused
• Must be available during stated schedule

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance to home health and hospice patients as assigned
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and care team members
• Maintain professionalism, compassion, and respect in all interactions
