The dedication and innovation our team brings to work every day is what makes us different.” – Russell Leo The Role As a Weekend High Reach Forklift Operator (ESR), you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers’ products are received, stored, picked, and shipped safely and accurately. RLS provides the tools, training, and support needed to become a cold chain expert. Requirements
- Previous high reach (ESR) forklift experience required
- Ability to lift 50 lbs or more
- Willingness to work in cold storage conditions
- Humble mindset with a strong desire to succeed

Responsibilities
- Operate high reach (ESR) forklifts and other powered industrial trucks
- Count freight received and shipped
- Verify counts against drivers’ Bills of Lading (BOLs)
- Identify and document count variances and obtain required driver signatures
- Prepare overage, shortage, and damage reports
- Select and stage outbound product for shipment
- Meet performance metrics established by the Warehouse Manager
- Pallet wrapping is a significant part of the role
