About The Position
JOIN OUR TEAM AS A WEEKEND GROUP THERAPIST FACILITATOR – ACTIVITY THERAPIST! $2,000 Sign-On Bonus Full time Friday, Saturday, & Sunday 7:30am – 6pm Your Work Matters How will you make a difference? The Group Therapist Facilitator performs social services functions to include assisting patients in meeting their bio-psychosocial needs while enabling them to access treatment skills to achieve their optimal level of emotional health, including providing essential consultation, teaching, completing specialized clinical social work services for patients/families receiving care, crisis intervention, short-term and long-term family therapy, and providing information and referrals as needed. Your Experience Matters What we’re looking for:
Requirements
- A master's Degree from an accredited college or university in Social Work or a clinically related mental health field is preferred.
- At least two (2) years experience in a psychiatric health care facility, with direct experience in family and group therapies, crisis intervention, and treatment skills; and strong clinical assessment skills preferred.
- Must possess an Illinois State license in social work or clinical-related mental health field or receive a license within six months of employment
