About The Position

As a Weekend Group Facilitator, you will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through their recovery journey by leading therapeutic group sessions. This position offers a part-time schedule ideal for professionals seeking meaningful weekend work in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in chemical dependency, psychology, social work, or counseling with licensure (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT) or certification (CAADC).
• Master's Degree with ongoing progress toward licensure or certification.
• Bachelor's Degree with CADC or progress toward CADC and at least one year of clinical experience.
• High School Diploma with CAAC.
• Registered Nurse with a degree from an accredited school and one year of clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate engaging and therapeutic group sessions focused on client recovery and growth.
• Foster a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment for all participants.
• Document group session activities and client participation in the Electronic Clinical Record (ECR) per program guidelines.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe and organized physical environment for clients.
• Ensure adherence to clinical philosophy and program policies during group facilitation.
