About The Position

Goldfish Swim School is looking for a high-energy, results-oriented Enrollment Specialist to own the weekend sales funnel for our Louisville and Lexington locations. This is a "sales-first" role for a confident communicator who loves the thrill of closing a deal and helping families start their swim journey.

Requirements

A Natural Closer: You have 2+ years of high-volume sales experience and a track record of hitting targets.
Phone Powerhouse: You are comfortable spending the majority of your shift on the phone and have a persuasive, friendly tone.
Organized: You can manage a pipeline for two separate locations simultaneously without breaking a sweat.
Tech Savvy: You are proficient with CRM/POS systems and can navigate digital communication tools quickly.
Note: No prior aquatics or swim experience is required!

Responsibilities

Lead Conversion & The "Closer"
Inbound Mastery: Rapidly respond to inbound calls, texts, and emails, converting inquiries into memberships.
Outbound Hustle: Execute outbound campaigns to "warm leads" and former members to drive re-enrollment.
Seamless Onboarding: Guide families through account setup, class booking, and payment processing using our iClassPro point of sale system.
Pipeline Management
Systematic Follow-up: Track every lead to ensure no family is left behind.
Performance Reporting: Provide weekly data on lead volume and conversion success.
