About The Position

Are you a passionate and experienced veterinarian with a strong interest in emergency or urgent care medicine ? Do you want to play a pivotal role in expanding services and leading a new team ? Lake Veterinary Clinic is excited to announce an expansion of our well-established daytime general practice, and we’re looking for an Emergency/Urgent Care Veterinarian to join our growth! About the Role: This is an expansion to our already thriving general practice. We are seeking an emergency veterinarian to work: Fridays at 5:00 PM through Mondays at 8:00 AM (ideally, but flexible!) After 8:00 AM Monday, our general practice team resumes normal daytime operations. You’ll provide essential emergency and urgent care to patients when they need it most, all while working with a talented support team and helping shape the protocols and flow of this exciting new service. Requirements

• DVM Licensed (or eligible) in Florida.
• Experience or strong interest in emergency/urgent care.
• Skilled in urgent care / ER cases and surgery.
• A natural leader who thrives in a collaborative environment.
• Confident, compassionate, and ready to help build something new.
• Doctor of Veterinary degree, or equivalent, from an accredited university
• Current DEA License or obtained upon hire
• Active Veterinary Florida State License
• USDA Accreditation or obtained upon hire
