UW Facilities manages the University's buildings, infrastructure and land, with more than 1,100 employees in a variety of fields. Our teams can be organized into six main groups: Asset Management, Operations, Finance & Administration, Real Estate, Campus Energy, Utilities & Operations, and Business Intelligence & Technology. The three major units include Finance & Administration group which includes financial, procurement and sourcing, human resources, labor relations, payroll and training & organizational development, communications, and UW capital budgeting leadership to all of UW Facilities (UWF). The Asset Management group includes Capital & Space Management, Real Estate, Engineering Services, Sustainability, Project Development and planning and workload management. The Operations group includes Project Delivery, Maintenance & Construction, Campus Energy, Utilities & Operations, Building Services, Transportation Services and Safety. Building Services delivers Custodial Services to the UW campus that provides exceptionally clean and sanitary environments for students, faculty, staff, and visitors and manages the comprehensive Recycling & Solid Waste Management program. We have an outstanding opportunity for a Part-time (16 hours/week) Custodian to perform all custodial duties as required to provide clean and sanitary spaces.
