About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Cook to join our team in providing exceptional culinary experiences. The ideal candidate will have experience in the restaurant or food industry, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for preparing high-quality meals in a fast-paced environment. Expected hours are 7:00pm to 2:30am.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a restaurant or kitchen setting.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
• Ability to follow recipes and instructions precisely.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Ensure food preparation meets health and safety regulations and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment, adhering to all safety and cleanliness protocols.
• Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff to provide efficient and seamless food service.
• Assist with plating and presentation of dishes to meet our high culinary standards.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Check out customers using the POS system, ensuring smooth service during peak times.
