About The Position

HIRING IMMEDIATELY! Loving Homecare is building a team around its mission: to help caregivers and seniors thrive in worth and wellbeing. As a home care aide, you'll get to support seniors through medical, emotional, and cognitive challenges to help them thrive in the comfort of their homes.

Requirements

• Professional caregiving experience: At least 1 year [those with volunteer, family member, or classroom-only caregiving experience are still considered]
• Must be a Registered Home Care Aid (HCA)-- (If not, we'll show you how!)
• Eligibility to work in the US
• ONLY APPLY IF YOU: Have reliable transportation to travel to client homes.

Responsibilities

• Build trust and personal relationships with seniors
• Assist seniors with all ADLs, especially helping with bathing, toileting/incontinence care, and evaluation of vital signs and changes in condition in seniors
• Learn and engage seniors with memory loss in games, mind & coordination activities, and in reflecting and enjoying the best memories they can recall
• Delivering all the activities of a custom-designed care plan, and communicating changes and developments hand-in-hand with care managers
