Requirements

• Experience working with seniors (required)
• Dependable, compassionate, and patient
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Reliable transportation
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Weekend availability required (Saturday and/or Sunday)

Nice To Haves

• HHA or CNA certification (preferred, not required)

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care, hygiene, and mobility
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
• Help with errands like grocery shopping
• Monitor and report changes in client condition
• Follow care plans and complete basic documentation
