You'll work one-on-one with clients, providing essential non-medical services that allow them to age safely and comfortably in their homes. This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee. Your application will go directly to the franchisee, and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of this franchisee. Requirements
- 0–1 year of caregiving experience wanted (personal or professional)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Mature, caring, punctual, and reliable
- Reliable transportation: valid driver’s license and auto insurance required if transporting clients
- Must be physically able to perform caregiver duties
- Must pass a national and state-required background check
Nice To Haves
- CNA or HHA license is preferred, but not required
Responsibilities
- Companionship and emotional support
- Light cooking and housekeeping
- Assistance with bathing, grooming, and toileting
- Help with mobility and medication reminders
- Transportation to appointments and errands
