We are seeking Weekend Caregivers who are passionate about serving seniors with respect, compassion, and reliability. Requirements

1 year prior experience in caregiving, home health care, or a related field.
Ability to provide personal care including assistance with bathing, dressing, and hygiene.
Reliable availability to work weekend shifts consistently.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach.
Ability to perform light housekeeping and meal preparation tasks.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for client errands and appointments.
Physical ability to assist with mobility and transfers as needed.
High level of responsibility, punctuality, and a commitment to client dignity and safety.
Willingness to undergo background checks and comply with all company policies and training requirements.

Responsibilities

Provide compassionate companionship and emotional support to seniors during weekend hours.
Assist with personal care tasks including bathing, dressing, hygiene, and incontinence care as needed.
Remind clients to take medications on schedule.
Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding when necessary.
Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe living environment.
Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and social activities for transportation support.
Observe and report any changes in clients’ condition or behavior to the care coordinator.
Provide alzheimer and dementia support tailored to individual client needs to enhance comfort and safety.
Ensure client safety and comfort throughout the duration of care shifts.
