  • Support clients' safety, autonomy, and quality of life.
  • Build long-lasting relationships with clients and families.
  • Provide reliable care during times of need.
  • Advocate for clients in community settings.
  • Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, and feeding.
  • Assist with Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs) including light housekeeping, meal preparation, driving clients, and engaging in creative hobbies.
  • No prior experience required; training provided.
  • Desire to care for others.
  • Strong visual, auditory, and communication skills.
  • Ability to lift/push/pull 20–50 lbs.
  • Experience as an RN, LPN, CNA, PCA, HHA, PCT, MedTech, Nurse Aide, Companion, or PT Assistant.
  • Nursing students are welcome.
  • Starting pay of $17-20 per hour.
