About The Position
Weekend Start of Care Registered Nurse Weekend Admissions RN BAYADA Home Health Care is looking for a dedicated Weekend Registered Nurse (RN) to perform home health visits for our Denver Visits office. Please note: Prior or current Medicare Home Health and OASIS documentation experience required as weekend visits are primarily admissions. Candidate may be asked to occasionally help with other types of visits, depending on need and emergency. Requirements
- A current license as a Registered Nurse in Colorado.
- Prior or current home health/visits experience.
- Prior experience completing OASIS documentation.
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma.
Responsibilities
- Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient's needs
- Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories
- Perform assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures
- Monitor clients' conditions; reporting changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager
- Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
- Perform client assessments as necessary
Benefits
- Base Pay: $55-60+ per point; based on experience.
