About The Position

Right at Home Metro Little Rock is looking for an EXPERIENCED CAREGIVER to make a difference in the lives of seniors, head our dynamic care team providing clinical expertise and assistance to our clients in Little Rock. The ideal candidate is reliable, caring, compassionate has more than 3 years of experience as a caregiver and exceptional leadership skills. You MUST have a PCA or CNA with experience. These positions will require working in homes with dogs and cats. Essential Functions: Contribute his/her knowledge and experience to the team. Efficiently coordinate workflows. Review clinical skills with CNAs by providing mentoring on essential CNA Job duties. Oversee care team shift schedule, willing to work on client's home when necessary. Communicate and interacts effectively with clients, families, peers and supervisors. Provide 1 on 1 care with your client in the comfort of their home. Assist with ADLs & IADLs such as personal hygiene. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age with a High School Diploma or GED
  • Pass a background check & drug test.
  • Reliable transportation
  • Excellent organizational & time management
  • General office skills
  • Must have TWO of the following: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) License Personal Care Assistant (PCA) Certificate CPR & First Aid Certifications
  • At least 3 years of verified employment (in home care, facilities, or hospital)
