About The Position

Wedgewood Weddings is seeking a Venue Concierge & Appointment Coordinator to serve as the first point of sales contact for brides, grooms, event clients, and party planners. This role involves engaging with clients over the phone, providing information about services and pricing, and scheduling appointments for venue tours. The ideal candidate will possess a warm personality, strong sales skills, and exceptional organizational abilities, thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • High level of computer literacy and knowledge, including familiarity with Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
  • Amazing verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work quickly, accurately, and accomplish multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong sales skills to create a lasting first impression for clients.
  • Consistently positive attitude and adaptability to change.

Responsibilities

  • Positively represent the Wedgewood Weddings brand.
  • Answer incoming calls and explain our locations, services, and pricing.
  • Generate excitement for our brides and sell the personal consultation at our venues.
  • Respond to all inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Make follow-up calls and send follow-up emails/texts.
  • Schedule appointments for couples to tour our locations.
