As the Wedding & Social Sales Manager, you will lead all aspects of wedding and social event sales, serving as the expert planner and creative partner for our guests. You'll cultivate relationships, design personalized celebrations, and drive revenue growth while crafting unettable experiences that reflect Park Hyatt Beaver Creek's dedication to care and excellence.

Requirements

  • Previous hotel sales or event experience required; luxury or resort background preferred.
  • Proven ability to develop client relationships and deliver exceptional service.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and presentation skills.
  • Strong time management and multi-tasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with Hyatt systems (Envision, Opera) preferred.
  • A collaborative, creative, and people-first approach aligned with Hyatt's Purpose and Values.

Responsibilities

  • Lead wedding and social event sales for Park Hyatt Beaver Creek, from initial inquiry through event execution and billing.
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive business from the wedding, social, and local community markets.
  • Build and nurture relationships with clients, planners, vendors, and partners to expand referral networks.
  • Conduct engaging site visits and presentations, showcasing event spaces and tailored experiences.
  • Prepare creative proposals and contracts that inspire confidence and excitement.
  • Maintain accurate account activity and event details using Hyatt's proprietary Envision and Opera systems.
  • Collaborate with the Sales, Events, Culinary, and Banquets teams to ensure flawless planning and guest satisfaction.
  • Represent the resort at trade shows, bridal fairs, and community events.
  • Meet or exceed annual sales and revenue goals through proactive prospecting and relationship management.
  • Be present for key event moments—rehearsals, toasts, transitions—to ensure seamless execution and memorable experiences.
  • Partner with the Director of Sales & Marketing on property-wide sales initiatives and special projects.
