About The Position
The WECC/NERC Compliance Specialist position at the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission (SFPUC) is responsible for managing compliance programs related to the Western Electricity Coordinating Council (WECC) and the North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC). This role is critical for ensuring regulatory compliance concerning high voltage assets, including transmission lines, breakers, switches, transformers, and generators. The position is located in Moccasin, CA, or Oakdale, CA, and offers a hybrid work schedule. The appointment is exempt from the competitive Civil Service examination process and will not exceed 36 months.
