About The Position

As the Website Project Manager, you’ll oversee the performance and content updates of the Turtlebox Audio website. This role is ideal for a proactive individual with a keen eye for website performance, analytics, and project coordination. You’ll work closely with our marketing and design teams to ensure a seamless, high-converting customer experience.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in website management, e-commerce, or digital project management.
• Familiarity with tools like Hotjar, Google Analytics, and website speed testing platforms.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Understanding of CRO best practices and how to optimize for conversions.
• A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Website Refresh & Updates: Manage monthly website updates, including seasonal image changes and content refreshes.
• Performance Optimization: Conduct regular Hotjar reviews, speed checks, and analyze conversion and traffic data to identify areas for improvement.
• Project Management: Oversee website projects, coordinating between designers, developers, and marketing teams to execute updates efficiently.
• Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Monitor and enhance website usability, engagement, and customer journey to drive conversions.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage analytics tools to track user behavior, recommend optimizations, and report key insights.
