We're seeking a detail-oriented Website Manager to manage and optimize our digital presence. In this role, you'll be responsible for keeping our website current, discoverable, and performance-driven through strategic content management, technical SEO implementation, and data-driven optimization. Requirements

  • Proven experience managing websites using WordPress and Webflow CMS
  • Working understanding of marketing automation tools such as Hubspot or Marketo
  • Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as SE Ranking or SEMrush
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Search Console
  • Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical SEO
  • Experience with hreflang implementation and international/regional SEO strategies
  • Knowledge of AEO principles and optimizing for AI-powered search experiences
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong written communication skills for content creation and optimization

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with digital platforms including YouTube, Vimeo, and Salesforce
  • Experience with user behavior analytics tools such as Crazy Egg or Hotjar
  • Knowledge of Profound AI or similar AI-powered marketing tools
  • Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) best practices
  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge
  • Experience with A/B testing and website experimentation
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG)

Responsibilities

  • Create, update, and publish new web pages, blog posts, reports, success stories, news articles, and other resource content
  • Maintain website architecture and ensure content is organized, accessible, and user-friendly
  • Manage content workflows and publishing schedules across multiple site sections
  • Make graphics via Canva to support web content
  • Implement on-page and technical SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings
  • Optimize content for Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) to enhance visibility in AI-powered search results
  • Conduct keyword research and manage keyword strategy across all website content
  • Implement and maintain hreflang tags for regional localization and international SEO
  • Monitor and improve Core Web Vitals and overall site performance metrics
  • Monitor website performance using Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Search Console
  • Generate regular reports on traffic, user behavior, conversions, and SEO performance
  • Use heat mapping and session recording tools to identify UX improvement opportunities
  • Partner with the content team to track and analyze keyword rankings and search visibility
  • Provide data-driven recommendations for website improvements
  • Coordinate with Marketing Ops to run A/B tests and report outcomes
  • Manage technical SEO elements including meta tags, schema markup, XML sitemaps, and robots.txt
  • Ensure mobile responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility
  • Collaborate with development teams on website enhancements and troubleshooting

  • Salary: The expected annual median salary for this role is $80,000. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance, qualifications, experience, and location.
