Global Dimensions is seeking a Website Manager for an upcoming opportunity at MacDill AFB, FL. Position Overview The Website Manager oversees SOCOM’s public and internal websites, ensuring content accuracy, technical performance, and compliance. This role blends web management, digital analytics, content strategy, and cybersecurity awareness to support Public Affairs objectives and senior leadership communication.
Requirements
- Possess active Secret Clearance
- B.S. or B.A. degree in Communication Science or Information Technology with 2 years of experience in web management developing web portal solutions or 6 years of relevant experience in web management and developing web portal solutions.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in managing and maintaining high-traffic websites or digital platforms, with a focus on content management, website optimization, and SEO.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in data analysis and reporting using tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and other media tracking platforms to assess website performance.
- Minimum 3 years of experience practicing cybersecurity awareness related to website management, including knowledge of website security practices, data protection, and risk management.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain SOCOM public and internal websites
- Oversee publishing workflows, permissions, and content governance
- Optimize performance, accessibility, UX/UI, and mobile usability
- Monitor web analytics and deliver actionable performance insights
- Implement SEO strategies and content optimization
- Coordinate digital content integration across PA and media teams
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, OPSEC, FOIA, and cybersecurity standards
- Lead website upgrades, migrations, and redesign projects
- Train users on content submission and web best practices
