About The Position

This pivotal role merges website performance management with marketing automation strategy to enhance user engagement, optimize lead nurturing, and drive conversions. You will oversee all website functionality, performance, and content while developing automation workflows that strengthen the entire digital marketing funnel. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with a strategic marketing mindset to deliver a seamless, impactful digital experience that supports our business objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in website management, UX, Backend development and website management.
  • Expertise with CMS platforms (WordPress required; Drupal a plus).
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design best practices.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Power BI, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Familiarity with CRM integrations (e.g., Salesforce) and data flow management.
  • Strong project management, troubleshooting, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Houston residency required — this position is open only to local candidates.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance websites and web applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WordPress.
  • Manage all website operations, updates, content, and landing page optimization.
  • Build, monitor, and refine automation tracking through Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Power BI.
  • Ensure the website is responsive, secure, and optimized for both UX and SEO (in collaboration with the SEO agency).
  • Oversee integrations between the website, CRM, and marketing automation tools.
  • Create and maintain APIs for communication between front-end and back-end systems.
  • Analyze website and marketing performance data to identify opportunities and guide strategic decisions.
  • Build dashboards and reports to track KPIs such as traffic, conversion rates, and engagement metrics.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Director to align web functionality with campaign initiatives and business goals.
  • Manage and resolve any web-related technical issues or outages promptly.
