The Website & CRM Manager oversees the day-to-day administration and long-term improvement of the college’s website and customer relationship management (CRM) systems. This role is responsible for ensuring these platforms are reliable, accessible, secure, and effectively support institutional priorities such as enrollment, student services, marketing, advancement, and community engagement. Working collaboratively across departments and under the supervision of the Communications Manager, the role sets standards, manages systems and vendors, and leads improvements to ensure the college’s digital platforms deliver an optimal user experience, reflect brand standards, and comply with accessibility and data regulations. This position may be eligible for a hybrid work arrangement. Remote work, if approved, must be performed within the State of Nevada.
