About The Position

We are looking to add a Website Consultant to join our Marketing team in Waukee, IA office. This role will work directly with brands to deliver engaging website experiences and use analytics to understand visitor insights to drive web traffic and engagement. Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications or related field preferred.
• 5+ years' digital marketing and analytics experience required.
• Experience in digital media and website management for brands and organizations.
• Advanced proficiency in WordPress and Google Analytics.
• Expertise in web design and SEO strategies, as well as content management and writing for digital platforms.
• Foundational understanding of the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Basic skills in HTML/HTML5 and CSS.

Responsibilities

• Strategize and build site structure of primary brand website and brand family websites.
• Perform content management for websites, intranet, and digital communication channels.
• Handle strategic and tactical direction in development of new websites, partnering with outside web developer and internal stakeholders.
• Implement advanced SEO strategies to increase web traffic.
• Recommend performance and user experience of our websites.
